1. Who we are
AbyssIPTV is offered by David Bauer, an individual seller based at Kaiserstr 102, 52146 Würselen, Germany ("we", "us"). You can reach us via the Support form.
2. What AbyssIPTV is
AbyssIPTV is a media player app for Android, Android TV and Windows, for IPTV (Xtream Codes), Jellyfin and Plex libraries. It comes in two tiers:
- Free — core playback features, distributed via our website (a Google Play listing is planned but not live yet).
- Pro — adds VPN and anti-throttle (Hysteria2) networking features, purchased as a one-time lifetime license.
AbyssIPTV does not supply, host, resell, or control any IPTV channels, streams, or subscriptions. It is a player only. You need your own legal Xtream Codes / IPTV panel credentials, Jellyfin server, or Plex server to use it — the content you access and its legality are entirely between you and your own provider(s). We have no relationship with, and take no responsibility for, any third-party service you choose to connect the app to.
3. Purchases & payment processing
All Pro purchases are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), acting as our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, payment collection, VAT/tax charging and remittance, and invoicing. Your purchase is subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms in addition to these Terms. We never receive or store your payment card details.
A Pro license is a one-time purchase — no subscription, no recurring charge — and activates on up to 2 devices at a time. You can deactivate the current device from within the app (in Settings) to free up a slot for a new one.
4. License grant
Subject to payment and these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use AbyssIPTV Pro for your own private use. You may not resell, share, or redistribute your license key, or attempt to circumvent the device-activation system.
5. No warranty
AbyssIPTV is provided "as is". While we make reasonable efforts to keep it working reliably across devices, we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, compatibility with every IPTV panel, device or TV box, or that any third-party content source will keep working. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded for consumers.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app — including issues caused by your IPTV/Jellyfin/Plex provider, your network, or your device. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything else that cannot be excluded under German or EU law.
7. Termination
We may suspend or revoke a license found to be used fraudulently (shared/resold keys, chargebacks, abuse of the activation system). You may stop using the app, or request deletion of your data, at any time — see our Privacy Notice.
8. Refunds
See our separate Refund Policy.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally; the "Last updated" date above will change. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by German law. If you're a consumer resident in the EU, mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your own country of residence also apply, and take precedence over this clause where they conflict with it.
